Directions for Use: 

1. Remove the gel patch from the pouch, peel off the protective film, and apply the gel side to the desired area.
2. For secure adhesion, apply the gel patch to clean, dry skin. Do not apply to areas with hair.
3. Use the gel patch immediately after removing the protective film. Do not reuse a used gel patch to maintain effectiveness and hygiene.
4. Cool Temp Clear and Soothe Cooling Gel Patch can be cut into the desired size.

Storage Instructions:

1.  Keep unused gel patches in the pouch. Seal the pouch securely by folding the opening twice along the dotted line and securing it with tape.
2. Store the pouch in a cool, dry place. For an extra cooling effect, the pouch may be refrigerated, but do not store it in the freezer.
